A deposit, the amount of which is determined by the property, may be taken as a pre-authorization from the guest's credit card or requested in cash upon check-in. This deposit will cover any extra expenses incurred at the property (a la carte restaurant, minibar, paid drinks, etc.) or any material damage caused by the guest, excluding services such as grocery stores, hairdressers, and water sports.

If guests do not make any expenditures during their stay, the deposit will be refunded on the day of departure. If the deposit was taken in cash, the refund will be processed immediately. For deposits collected by credit or debit card, the refund request will be forwarded to the bank by the property. The time it takes for the refund to appear on the card used for payment varies depending on the bank's refund processing time.

Planned infrastructure works, maintenance and repair activities, and energy/water distribution measures implemented by relevant official institutions or energy/water distribution companies in the areas where reservations are made may cause service interruptions such as water and electricity, which are beyond the control of ETS and the facility.
Cancellations, refunds, or compensation cannot be claimed due to service disruptions caused by natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, or decisions made by public authorities.
Guests are advised to follow announcements from relevant official institutions before traveling.

Mandatory Fees

You will be required to pay the following fees at your accommodation. These fees may include applicable taxes:

• A city tax is levied and payable at the accommodation. The tax varies seasonally and may not apply year-round. Other exemptions or discounts may apply. For more information, please contact the accommodation using the information provided in your booking confirmation.

• A city tax is charged: 0.50 EUR per night per accommodation, from November 1st to March 31st.

• A city tax is charged: 2.00 EUR per night per accommodation between April 1st and October 31st.

Rezervasyon yapılan bölgelerde, ilgili resmi kurumlar veya enerji/su dağıtım şirketleri tarafından uygulanan planlı altyapı çalışmaları, bakım-onarım faaliyetleri ve tasarruf tedbirleri kapsamında yaşanabilecek su, elektrik gibi hizmet kesintileri ETS’nin ve tesisin kontrolü dışındadır.
Doğal afetler, olumsuz hava koşulları ve kamu otoriteleri tarafından alınan kararlar gibi nedenlerden kaynaklanan hizmet aksamaları nedeniyle iptal, iade veya tazminat talep edilemez.
Misafirlerin seyahat öncesinde ilgili resmi kurumların duyurularını takip etmeleri önerilir.
