The hotel is ideally located very close to Oxford Circus, Regent Street, Carnaby Street and Soho on a reasonably quiet side street just a couple of minutes walk from the underground station at Oxford Circus (Victoria & Central lines).
Carefully restored to retain many original features and a Grade 2 listed building, the hotel once operated as the second oldest magistrate's court in England and still features many unusual original touches such as several impressive Robert Adam's fireplaces.
This building is a former magistrates court and has retained much of its original facade.
The restoration of this former Magistrate's building has been carried out thoughtfully and several features including the original courtroom and cells have been retained. The hotel also features its own private cinema, which is unique in London as well as an extensive spa facility. Overall, one of the best new hotels to open in recent years in an excellent location. This category of rooms are larger than any other in the hotel and boast very big KING SIZE beds.
