How to get there:
From the A3, take the Tibbets Corner roundabout exit onto the A219 going south towards Wimbledon. Just past an old fountain on the right, turn right onto Cannizaro Road and take the second turning on the right onto Westside Common. Cannizaro House is 50 yards on the left.
It's a stunning Georgian style building. The mansion took its name from an earlier resident, the Sicilian Duke of Cannizaro and his Scottish wife. They lived here from 1817 until 1841, when they died within a few months of one another.
Proudly situated on the edge of Wimbledon Common, within a beautiful landscaped park which is directly accessible from the rear of the hotel. Wimbledon village is only a few minutes walk away with its wonderful boutique shops, restaurants and trendy bars. Wimbledon underground and train station is only a 20 minute walk away or you can take advantage of the complimentary shuttle service provided by the hotel.
