The medium sized lobby is fairly modern with marble floor and a wood reception desk. This leads to a lounge area which has recently been renovated to create a more modern and up-to-date atmosphere with modern leather seating, modern lighting and a bar area offering drinks and light snacks throughout the day. This renovation has created a very warm and welcoming lobby area.

The hotel has a cafe overlooking the main street leading down from Central Station to Dam Square which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and drinks and snacks and is a very informal atmosphere and popular with locals and tourists alike. The breakfast room for in-house guests is in a separate, large room which has recently been renovated and reflects a more modern theme, with plenty of sunlight and even a small, private eating room for private parties, or large families etc. The hotel also has an extremely popular bar area.
