The hotel takes its name from the founder of the religious institute. After an immaculate restoration, with respect both to the architectural criteria of the Baroque period and of the original project of Borromini, the convent has been transformed into a five star hotel.|The roof garden of the Donna Camilla Savelli bestows almost the impression of travelling back in time through the centuries. In the centre is positioned a fountain, also from the Baroque period. The cloister, the refectory, the entrance and communal areas, all conceived by Borromini recalling the classic antiquity and the atmosphere of the Adriana Villa in Tivoli, make the Donna Camilla Savelli a unique entity in the landscape of Italian hotels. |
